JUNE THOUGHTs

Hello! My how time flies! There's just been sooo much going on! First off, I have to say CONGRATS to Dylan and Heather!!!!!! I'm just so glad they FINALLY got married!!!!! They make a perfect couple. Heather was a beautiful bride!!! Her symmetry is just sooo perfect! And what a dress-just gorgeous!

You know, there's some people that come into your life and all you can say is WOW!! I'm sooo thankful Heather introduced me to Bob Nichols, the biochemist from Hard Nutrition. He is absolutely impressive. He's sooo motivational and really knows his stuff! Bob actually manufactures all of his products out of Arvada, CO. And I've tried about every line of vitamins/sports nutrition products available, so for me to actually like this is a miracle!lol Pretty much everything is encapsulated, so the ingredients are still in a viable form, not baked. Bob's been so great-he even comes to my clinic to do seminars for my patients, and they absolutely adore him. But how can you not? He's sooo darn smart!

I'm doing something I really didn't think I was going to be able to...The USA's!!! I really recovered well from minor surgery-thanks to Bob's vitamins. Things are going along really well-actually much smoother than last year. Last year was a huge struggle for me both physically and emotionally because I had taken soooo much time off and the mental grief I'd gone thru was tremendous. You really have to loose something dear to you thats a part of you to understand it. So I'm just happy to be prepping. I actually started early-NOT because I was told to, but because Bob is so inspirational-he truely wants to make eating healthy a part of people's lives. And as he said-eating basically anything white is killing you (white flour, white sugar, white rice.....and the list goes on).... It makes it so much easier when your dieting to look at all the ads on television for pizza while your doing your cardio and think-yuck-that why Americans are so fat!lol And actually it goes right to the pathway that is responsible for inflammation-and isn't it ironic that basically every disease is inflammatory-RA, lupus, Crohn's, fibromyalgia, and the list goes on and on and on...

The Shawn Ray has come and gone already. Very busy and exciting place that was-a bit crazy actually. Definately need to improve upon the acoustics for next year, but the whole show is a positive step in the right direction for bringing more events to CO.
